The temple is a piece of heaven that God has giv'n to me

With flowers blooming all around

Where Troubles are replaced with love

It is the blazing throne divine of Jesus Christ our Lord.

We do vicarious work within for family and friends

Who left this mortal, earthly home midst sorrows and tears

It is a place of warmth and peace, where there's no days nor years

We're being baptized for our dead , in temples this day.

When loved ones die the family chain is broken for a time,

But one by one God calls us home restoring chain again

This is a journey we all take, and each must go alone

It is all part of God's own plan to bring us to His home.

No earthly words can e'er describe the glorious house of God.

The patrons all are dressed in white; there are no rich or poor;

A place of peace that lifts the heart and fills the soul with joy.
