When Baby Jesus came to the earth, Shepherds and wise men heard of his birth.

They followed his star, then met the King, Pondering on the words He would bring.

He learned from his youth, teaching God’s will, Loving all people, words to fulfill.

Some turned against his true righteous ways; Some caused his death and shortened his days.

So He has promised He’ll come  again Back to the world to lead all men.

I know that Jesus does what He says; I know He’ll come again from the dead.

I will be ready for his return; I will be ready from truths I learn.

I will obey and strive with my might To do the things that help me choose right.

And I will follow what prophets say So I can be with Jesus someday.

I will be faithful; I will be true, Doing the things He wants me to do.

I know that Jesus will come again, And I’ll be ready to meet Him then.

I know that Jesus loves without end; I know that Jesus will come again.
