1. Lord, humbly I come to thee now kneeling before thee in prayer.

Lord, Holy One meekly I bow, rev'rently seeking thy presence this hour.

Lord, come to me, bless me this day, Lord, grant my petition I pray.

Lord, graciously show me thy love, Let my heart feel of thy glory above.

2. Lord, meekly I pour out my heart, pleading deliv'rance from pain,

Lord, Tender One come and impart thy healing power, thy comfort un feigned.

Lord, come to me, come and draw nigh, Lord, grant  to me peace from on high.

Lord, hear my plea I do implore, Touch my heart, heal my soul, gladden once more.

3. Lord, I need thee, hear thou my prayer, Harken to my humble plea, 

Lord, let me feel thy loving care to guide my path as I seek after thee.
