Heaven is not a place where you fly on angel wings.
Heaven is not a race, nor is found in glittering things.
Heaven is finding your family return, when they have been far away.
Heaven means never having need to roam,
For Heaven is right here at home.

Heaven is in the praise of a melody from above.
Heaven is in the gaze of the one you call your love.
Heaven is everything good in the world which flows from our glorious King.
Heaven means never will you live apart,
For Heaven is here in your heart.

Heaven is in your hands when a covenant you make.
Heaven can break the bands when your sins you truly forsake.
Heaven is praying in temples of God and knowing that He hears your plea.
Heaven is yours if you hold the rod:
As Heavenly children of God.
