Jesus, Lord, Annointed One bowed down beneath a tree;

To suffer for my sins and pain there in Gethsemane.

His eyes the lens, His tears to cleanse, His suffering born for me.

His blood of grief for our relief spans all eternity.

Jesus, Lord, the Lamb of God raised high upon a tree;

To sacrifice his precious life, and set his people free.

His healing hands, His Father’s plans, His body pierced for me.

His broken heart set him apart for all eternity.

Jesus, Lord, the Risen Christ, our life to guarantee;

“I am the Way, the Truth, the Life; I speak, Come unto Me.”

His words bring peace; His love, release; I want for all to see

The change within when we’re with Him to glimpse eternity.

Jesus, Lord, the Glorious King, His rule by high decree;

The Earth redeemed and filled with light and knowledge by degree.

His word fulfilled; His Zion, build; No more adversity.

One Heart, One Mind; Lost sheep to find; Home for eternity.
