I plead with You, O Lord, have mercy on me,
I know I’m a sinner, yet I’ve turned to Thee.
I long for my life to be changed and made new,
And know with Your help I will see it come true.

I plead with You, Lord, please help me to stand,
For always I know I am safe in Your hand.
Your life You surrendered, the price paid for me,
This poor soul gives thanks for Your mercy to me.

I’ll follow You, Lord, with my heart ever true,
And live every moment in honor of You.
Have patience, O Lord, I am learning each day,
But still I will walk in Your holy way.

You are my God who has paid with His life,
My Savior who freed me from sorrow and strife.
I ask You for mercy, O hear my plea,
