One day, when feeling lost, we whisper to the breeze.

One day, with broken heart we fall upon our knees.

One day, we call to God to hear our poor prayer,

Desperately seeking to know that He is there.

One day, in answer He enfolds with His love

And we know that He cares for us from heaven up above.

One day, we come to know that God is watching all.

One day, we realize He answers when we call.

One day, His love will swallow up all our fear,

Prayerfully asking with faithful heart sincere.

One day, He rescued us by sending His Son

Here to teach then to die for us, the great Atoning One.

One day, He'll come again to gather in His sheep.

One day, He'll come again, all promises to keep.

One day we'll see him sweeping down from the sky,

Coming in majesty, no one can deny.

One day we'll honor Him, the King of all Kings,

As he rules for a thousand years in glory o'er all things.
