Trust in the Lord with all of thine heart;

Lean not to thine understanding.

In all of thy ways acknowledge Him,

And He shall direct thy travelling.

Honor the Lord with thy substance too,

And with the first fruits of thy increase;

So shall all thy barns be filled with grain,

Thy presses with wine shall not cease.

Fear of the Lord prolongeth thy days;

Years of the wicked are shortened.

The hope of the righteous shall be glad;

The wicked an unexpected end.

To the upright, the Lord's way is strength;

Destruction shall find those who sow strife.

But ne'er shall the righteous be removed.
