Major scales, minor scales, church modes, pentatonic scales, intervals, musical terms, time signatures, chords, and the overtone series are all covered in this volume. Each skill is presented in question format on one page with the answer on the following page. For example, page 17 instructs you to play the C Major scale. Page 18, on the reverse side of the page shows the C Major scale with its fingering. The purpose of this book is to have you move through the pages of this book until mastery is achieved as indicated by the metronome goal.
