Slay a pure lamb of the fold.
Teaching his children, like the Messiah,

Would atone, to live clean and bold.

Shall we endeavor to find a new life,
Far from traditions we've known?
What shall we sacrifice to know more of
God's Only Son,
To be lead to His starry throne?

Sacrifice opens the windows of heav'n,
