Welcome, welcome this spring morning,
Refreshed by sleep from daily cares,
In thanksgiving, Lord, I greet Thee,
On my knees in humble prayer.
I’ve read Thy words and heard Thy voice,
On them I know I can rely,
Now help me live as I have read,
And all thy words in faith apply.

I see the flowers with blossoms bright,
And green leaves fill the trees,
The beauty of all nature shows,
Thy love and Thy majesty.
May my spirit be renewed,
In this season of rebirth,
Reminding me Thou art my God,
A treasure of the greatest worth.

The dawn awaits in glorious hues__
Lavender, peach, and shimmering gold__
As the sun fills the morning sky,
May Thy presence too unfold.
I seek Thy Spirit as I go forth,
May the steps of my day,
