Day after day we seek and we strive to know of our place in the world.

Day after day we struggle to fill all the emptiness felt in the heart.

Words of the prophets, dispelling the darkness, will lead us to light and truth,

Filling the soul with hope and with joy, finally knowing we all play a part.

Day after day we stumble and stray. Perfection seems only a dream.

Day after day again we will pray for forgiveness from weakness and sin.

Words of the prophets encourage our striving to follow the Master's plan

Lay down your burdens. Seek for His love; His atonement will let it pour in.

Day after day the war rages on, a battle to win every heart and soul.

Day after day temptations arise as the pathway to heaven is trod.

Words of the prophets, be faithful, be fearless, remember His glorious Son.

Obey His word, endure to the end and inherit the mansions of God.
