Hear me, Lord. Take heed, I pray. Be Thou my Savior again.

Far too often I from Thee did fly, yet Thou art still my Friend.

Thou art the One, Oh Blessed Son, whose blood was shed for sin,

Allowing all repentant souls to seek their God again.

Mercy cannot Justice rob, so I must do my part;

I'll confess, restore, then sin no more, and turn this wayward heart.

Thy pow'r alone can cleanse the soul. Thou suffered for us all.

Gather Thy sheep unto the fold, and save us from The Fall.

Search me with Thy piercing eye. Help me amend my ways.

Forgive sins, I pray, then day by day, help me to win Thy praise.
