Be still and know that He is God,
Though difficult the path you trod,
He who has power over all,
Knows our needs both great and small.
He knows and sees our fear and pain,
He knows those trials are for our gain.

He knows the beginning and the end,
To His will we must bend.
To prove us through refiner’s fire,
Our happiness is His great desire,
He has a plan for each of us,
In His will we must trust.

Trust His timing, trust his love,
Give thanks for blessings from above,
Go forth with faith, though hard the way,
It will lead to him some future day.
Wait with patience, do His will,
Know that He is God, be still.
