Mary’s Boy Child, Jesus Christ, Was born on Christmas day

So the world could have a King And follow in his way.

To the earth He came with flesh, For He was born to die.

Father’s plan revealed true love, And Jesus would comply.

Mary’s Boy Child, Jesus Christ, Walked dusty paths alone.

As He grew in righteousness His Godly work was shown.

Jesus sacrificed for sin; Through death He surely won.    

Reasons for his birth are clear: He is our saving One!

Mary’s Boy Child, Jesus Christ, Was born on Christmas day

So the world would have a King; He is the only Way.

He became the first-born Son To live and die for all.

He redeems humanity; It is his sacred call.

Blessings on this Christmas day Reflect his light and love,

So we offer praise and joy To Father up above.

We acknowledge blessed gifts And join with choirs to sing
