Like birds in the heaven or fish in the sea,

Wherever I wandered, I'd be what I'd be.

But The Lord in His wisdom created us all,

Then he sent His Only Son to save us all from the Fall.

Now I know who to follow when questions arise;

Jesus Christ be my example. Help me see through His eyes.

A life made of choices for good or for ill

Will mold the pure spirit, conforming to will.

But the greatest advancement is found in the plan

When we follow in the footsteps of the great Son of Man.

Help me look upon others, with love sympathize,

Reaching out to serve in wisdom as I see through His eyes.

With mercy in judgement, forgiveness for sin,

The Lord saw the beauty of all men within.

And with love for each spirit, he used every breath

Teaching us to serve each other, and to save us from death.

As we stumble through life, may we all realize
