1. We are the watchmen upon the towers;

We are armed with priesthood power;

We see the enemies about, then give warning shouts,

With faith, the victory can be ours.

2. We are the watchmen on the walls,

Like Samuel the Lamanite, we will not fall;

We’ll warn and teach, the gospel preach;

“Turn unto God” our heart-felt call.

3. We are the watchmen on the hills,

We lead our flocks to waters still;

We protect, provide, and walk beside,

Inviting each sheep to be spiritually filled.

4. We are all watchmen, sent by the Lord,

In boldness declaring His holy word,

Upon hills or walls, upon towers or in halls,
