Sometimes when I’m frightened, I forget to pray.

Then I don’t remember Heavn’ly Father’s way.

I forget to kneel and ask for help I need.

If I can remember, Jesus Christ will lead.

I will kneel; I will trust, and always I’ll obey.

I can follow Jesus; He shows me the way.

Sometimes when I’m learning, I don’t listen well.

Then I don’t remember what the scriptures tell.

I forget the stories Jesus used to share.

If I can remember, I will feel his care.

I will hear; I will heed, and always I’ll obey.
