Tread the strait and narrow path, though the goal seems far from sight.

Walk with knowledge through the day; walk with faith throughout the night.

Confidently take each step. You're marching for the right.

When following our Savoir Lord, you're walking in the light.



Step by step we make our way, knowing we are never lost

Jesus Christ has paid our toll, counting it but little cost.

Travel through the heat of day, or struggle on through frost.

Our Lord will be there by your side through calm or tempest tossed.



When the path is strewn with stones, obstacles hedge up the way,

Hold a true course if you can. Wander not nor go astray.

Bid the saints to render aid, support you in the fray.

One day you'll walk back unto God to rest and ever stay.
