YouTube video: Thanks Be to God, choral 2026

Text:
As a blessing from Our Father,
God sent His first born Son,
Here to bring The Father's gospel,
Our way home to be won.
Dear Dear Jesus came to save us
From evil's endless strife;
Here to show the way to heaven
Then die to bring us life.

Chorus:
Thanks be to God!
Thanks be to God!
Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah!
We praise His Holy Name!

Having now His place in heaven,
He watches us below,
Sending strength to bless and guard us
From storms which beat and blow.
His arm will not be shortened,
Nor can His will be stayed.
We will follow Him forever,
And never be afraid.

Chorus:
