YouTube video: Wandering Wise Men

See text below:

Wandering wise men heard of his birth,
How Baby Jesus had come down to earth.
Trav'ling from east and moving as one,
They looked and asked to find God's own Son.
Riding on camels for many hours,
They searched to locate One with great pow'r.
Looking above, they followed his star.
Wandering, still, they traveled so far.

They were called Magi - men of God's strength.
Thus they would seek Him no matter the length.
Knowing the King of Jews had been born,
They carried treasures which would adorn:
Gold for true kingship; pure oil of myrrh;
And frankincense to burn as a cure.
Bringing these gifts to Jesus that day
Was the real reason they found their way.

Wandering wise men greatly rejoiced,
They knew their efforts to be the right choice.
Finding the Child bringing much joy,
They celebrated this special Boy.
They became witnesses of his birth:
He was the Savior, born now on earth!
Can we be like these wise men of old,
Giving our hearts to Him as pure gold?

Can we give hearts with love to enfold?
Can we be like wise men, these wise men of old?
