Christ, the Master Healer, brought hope to troubled souls.

Wanderers did follow, wanting to be whole.

Some were helped quite hastily, after faith and trust.

Others suffered endlessly, for their hope was hushed.

Hope, hope! Believe in hope; miracles will rise.

Act in faith and gratitude with wonder in your eyes.

Christ, the Master Healer, felt love and tenderness

For disciples’ wanting, needing cures and rest.

Some, with faith, just touched his robe, garments filled with grace.

Others watched, but never came to his sacred space.

Hope, hope! Believe in hope; act without delay.

Give to God your trusting heart on ev’ry single day.

Christ, the Master Healer, blessed children as they came,

Children who were blind and deaf; children who were lame.

Children were his special love, curing as He went.

These, with hope, were blessed the most—their hope never spent.

Hope, hope! Believe in hope; trust in God’s pure love.

Pray in His most holy Name; He’ll hear from above.

Hope, hope, and act in faith; He will know your plea.

As He sees believing hearts, He will set you free.
