Let all ye mountains and valleys cry aloud
And all ye seas and dry land shout it out.
Let all the dead speak forth anthems of praise
For the Lord in His glory shall open the graves.
Then shall the righteous remember and see;
For the prisoners shall surely go free.

Sun, moon, and stars sing together to our Lord
All sons of God shout for joy at His Word.
Let all creation remember His name,
Since the day that He made them, He still is the same;
Purging our stains when from darkness we flee,
For the prisoners shall surely go free.

What do we hear in the gospel we receive?
Voices of truth to the souls who believe,
Angels of God crying truth is restored,
Ancient words rising from the dust as the prophets implored,
Line upon line heard in grand harmony
For the prisoners shall surely go free.
