Father in Heaven, look on us we pray.
We seek for protection from evil today.
Our spouses and children, our lives and our land
Are held in Thy powerful hand.
Bless all the righteous to prosper and grow.
The source of our blessings may ev'ry man know.
Oh keep us from wickedness, envy and pride,
As safely in Thee we abide.
Latter day trials are certain to grow.
Oh give us the strength to endure ev'ry blow.
Should we need correction, from evil to turn,
Each lesson we humbly will learn.
Help us be constant, be faithful and kind.
