Prophets' voices from the past who once had seen our day.
From the dust they would whisper to the heart;
Truth untarnished to impart
Waiting there for an age to pass, gathered by prophets of old.
Joseph seeking to know his state approached the throne of grace.
Clothed in glory, an angel of God appeared before his face.
He was called by the angel to a great work.
He would translate the sacred book,
Freeing voices from the dust: Scripture to show us Thy Ways.
